1. Who we are

MorePerLead is the business name used by Jon Odalen, who sells unsold sponsorships and booths for event organizers. We don't sell personal information.

2. Website visitors and forms

When you use a form we collect what you enter: name, role, organization or event, email, phone, and on the trial form your organization's legal name and postal address and your acknowledgment of the registration fee, how you'd like us to follow up (phone or video call), and your message. To block spam we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical data such as your IP address and browser signals, and a hidden "honeypot" field. Our host (Cloudflare) keeps standard server logs. We don't use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. If we add analytics, they will be cookie-free (for example, Cloudflare Web Analytics).

3. Organizer data

When an organizer works with us, we receive what they share: the organization's legal name and postal address (shown in the footer of every campaign email sent for it), packages and prices, past exhibitor or sponsor lists, staff contacts and approvals. We process this on the organizer's behalf and only for their campaign. The organizer owns it.

4. Exhibitor and sponsor contacts

To build reports and campaigns we use company names from public exhibitor and sponsor directories, plus business contact details from the organizer's records or public business sources (for example, a company's published sales or marketing contact). We use these only to send that event's approved offer and follow-ups, and to record replies, opt-outs and bookings for attribution.

5. How we use data

  • To answer form requests and set up trials.
  • To generate per-event report pages (company-level counts and names; no personal contact details appear on report pages).
  • To run approved campaigns, handle replies and honor opt-outs.
  • To attribute bookings and invoice commission.
  • To keep the site and our sending secure and to meet legal obligations.

6. Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us run the service, under contract, and only for that purpose: Cloudflare (hosting, forms, spam protection and form storage), our team messaging tool for form notifications, and our email sending provider. If an organizer has us send from its own mailbox or domain (sending option 2), messages pass through that organizer's email provider or authorized sending service under the organizer's written authorization. We share campaign results with the organizer the campaign is for. We may disclose data if the law requires it. We never sell or rent personal information.

7. Retention

Form submissions: up to 24 months, or less on request. Organizer campaign data: deleted within 30 days after the organizer cancels, unless they ask us to keep it. Billing records: as long as tax law requires. Opt-out (suppression) entries: kept so we can keep honoring the request; we store only what's needed (email address, event, date).

8. Opt-out and your choices

Every campaign email has an opt-out. You can also reply "no" or use the opt-out form. Opt-outs are processed promptly, never more than 10 business days, and apply to all events run by the same organizer. To ask what we hold about you, or to correct or delete it, use the contact form; we respond within 30 days. If you live in a U.S. state with a privacy law that gives you more rights, we'll honor them.

9. EU and UK recipients

Some past exhibitors are based outside the U.S. Where EU or UK law applies, we rely on legitimate interests for relevant business-to-business outreach on an event's behalf, offer an opt-out in every message, and honor objections immediately. Data is processed in the United States.

10. Security

Form submissions are sent over HTTPS and stored in access-restricted storage. Access is limited to the people who run MorePerLead.

11. Changes and contact

We'll post changes here with a new date. Questions: contact form.
