For organizers
Fill the booths and sponsorships you haven't sold
Most events carry open inventory and a small sales team. We contact past exhibitors who haven't rebooked and look-alike companies from comparable events, with your offer, and you pay commission only when a sponsor pays you.
Who it's for
Associations and societies
Annual meetings and trade shows with an exhibit hall or sponsor program, run by a lean staff.
Independent B2B conferences
Organizers who sell their own booths and sponsorships and don't use a broker.
More than 90 days out
The next edition is more than 90 days away and has unsold space, so there is time for outreach to land. Inside 90 days we usually decline.
What you do
- Set the offer, prices and deadline
- Confirm the list and exclude anyone
- Approve every message
- Choose a sending option and approve the sender name
- Name who takes custom requests
Typically a few short reviews during setup, then a weekly summary to read.
What we do
- Generate and refresh your report page and lists
- Set up and warm the sending mailbox (ours, or your domain on the upgrade)
- Send, follow up and answer routine questions from your approved sheet
- Hand anything custom to your staff
- Report weekly and attribute before billing
Choose how your emails are sent
From MorePerLead, signed by your staff
Ready from day one. Every email carries your organization's legal name and postal address, "Sent on behalf of Your Event by MorePerLead" and an opt-out.
From your own mailbox or domain
Unlocks when you sign up after the 15-day trial. Set up with us under a written authorization, with SPF, DKIM and DMARC records your domain admin adds. Not self-serve. How it works →
What you keep
The relationships
Sponsors book and deal with you. We never contact your exhibitors for another event using your lists.
The data
Your lists and replies are yours. Export on request. Deleted within 30 days of cancelling unless you ask us to keep them. Never sold or shared.
The payments
Sponsors pay you directly. We invoice our commission after you're paid. Excluded companies are never billed.
Questions organizers ask
Will exhibitors know a third party is involved?
With the standard option, yes, if they read the footer: messages carry your event's name and offer, are signed by your contact, and say they are sent on your event's behalf by MorePerLead. With the upgrade (your own mailbox or domain), your event is the sender and the footer wording is set in your written authorization.
How do you protect our reputation?
Only approved messages go out, to an approved list. A dedicated sending mailbox, gradual warm-up, modest daily volumes, an opt-out in every email, and automatic pauses if bounces or complaints rise.
What if they would have rebooked anyway?
We only target companies that haven't rebooked when the campaign starts, and you can exclude anyone your team is already talking to. Anyone who books before our first email reaches them doesn't count.
Do I need a call?
No. The trial starts with a form. If you'd like to talk first, ask for a call on the contact form.

See it on your own event first
Start the trial with a short form. You approve the offer, the list and every message before anything is sent, and you owe no commission unless a sponsor pays you.
