Monthly fee$0
Year one20% of what a sponsor sourced through the campaign pays you in its first year, including look-alike and lapsed prospects
After year one12% of what those sponsors pay you after their first year, or 10% on a 24-month agreement, for the length of your agreement. We always work under a signed agreement; if a 24-month agreement isn't canceled at the end of its term, it continues month to month at the same rates.
Trial15 days, starting the day the first campaign email is sent. Sign up after the trial and your pilot simply continues. Cancel during the trial and you owe nothing except commission on sponsors who book from outreach already sent.
AgreementMonth-to-month: cancel anytime. Or a 24-month agreement, in which you let MorePerLead run this for your event exclusively for 24 months, at 10% after the first year.
Registration fee$299 registration fee (administrative set-up) per product; for sponsors and exhibitors, that's $299. Charged once when you sign up after the 15-day trial. It is non-refundable. It covers setting up your account and campaign, not results, so it's separate from commission and not credited against it. Commission is the results-based part: only on sponsors who pay you.
SendingStandard: from our campaign mailbox, signed by your staff, included from the start. Upgrade bonus: sending from your own mailbox or delegated domain, included at no extra fee; unlocks when you sign up after the trial. Needs a written authorization and DNS records added by your team.
Already in talks?Exclude any company before launch. Excluded companies are never billed.

Revenue means what the sponsor actually pays for the campaigned edition: booth, sponsorship and add-ons, excluding taxes, pass-through costs and refunds.

When you pay

  1. Setup and trial$0. We generate your report, you approve the offer, list and messages, and the 15-day trial begins with the first send.
  2. When you sign up after the trialOne-time, non-refundable $299 registration fee (administrative set-up), separate from commission. Your pilot continues without a restart, and sending from your own mailbox or domain unlocks.
  3. When a sourced sponsor pays youWe invoice 20% of what they paid, net 15, after you have been paid. You see the attribution list 7 days before the invoice.
  4. After the sponsor's first year12% of what that sponsor pays you (10% on a 24-month agreement), for the length of your agreement.

A worked example

A lapsed exhibitor we contacted books a $4,000 booth and pays you. Our commission is $800; you keep $3,200. If they book again the following year for $4,000, the commission is $480, or $400 on a 24-month agreement. These are arithmetic examples, not results.

How payment works

  • Sponsors pay you, through your usual contract and invoicing. We never take sponsor payments.
  • We invoice our commission after you're paid, net 15.
  • If a sponsor cancels or is refunded, the commission is credited back.

Plain-English summary. The written agreement governs; read the draft terms.
