The short answers

What organizers ask us first

What is it?

An outbound sales service for your unsold booths and sponsorships. We build the prospect list from public exhibitor directories and your own past lists, then run the outreach for your event.

What does it cost, and when do I pay?

$0 to start and no monthly fee; if you sign up after the 15-day trial, a one-time, non-refundable $299 administrative set-up fee applies. 20% of what a sponsor we sourced pays you in its first year, then 15% if you're month to month from the start, or 10% to 12% on a 24-month agreement, invoiced on each payment after the sponsor has paid you. Commission stops 12 months after the agreement ends. Pricing →

What do I control?

The offer, prices and deadline. Who is on the list (remove anyone). Every message before it is sent. You can pause outreach at any time, and customers who started month to month can cancel at any time. How it works →

How fast does it start?

Setup moves at the pace of your approvals. A new sending mailbox needs about two weeks of gradual warm-up before full volume, so the trial clock starts on the day the first campaign email goes out. Timing →

Who do my exhibitors hear from?

Your event: your event's name, your offer, your prices, signed by the staff contact you choose. By default each email comes from our campaign mailbox and says it is sent on your event's behalf by MorePerLead. When you sign up after the trial, you can upgrade to sending from a subdomain of your domain that you delegate to us. Details →

What happens to my data and relationships?

They stay yours. Sponsors book and pay with you. We use your lists only for your campaign, never sell them or use them for anyone else's campaigns, and delete them within 30 days of cancellation, except attribution, billing and opt-out records. Privacy →

What's the risk?

No sponsor payment, no commission. Cancel during the trial and you owe no fee; commission applies only if a company we sourced (including during the trial) signs and pays you, under the rates and time limits in the terms. Sending ramps slowly and pauses if complaints rise, and nothing goes out that you haven't approved. Risk →

We start with your numbers

A report page built for your event

Before we ask for anything, we generate a private report page for your event on moreperlead.com: how many past exhibitors aren't in the next directory yet, a sample of their names, look-alike companies from a peer show, and the terms in one line. Every figure has a source and a snapshot date.

2026 National Restaurant Association Show exhibitors were not yet in the 2027 directory when we checked on Oct 8, 2026.

Name match of the public 2026 and 2027 directories; read it as approximate. Illustrative format sample built from public directories; not commissioned by, sent to, or affiliated with the National Restaurant Association or Informa.

How it works

Four steps. You approve each one.

Step 1

The report

We compare your public exhibitor lists across editions and against peer events, and generate your report page.

Step 2

Your offer and list

You set packages, prices and the deadline, and remove anyone your team is already talking to.

Step 3

The outreach

We send your approved messages from our mailbox or, as an upgrade, a sending subdomain of your domain, with a slow ramp, answer routine questions from your price sheet and pass everything else to your staff.

Step 4

Attribution, then billing

You see the attribution list before any invoice. Commission is invoiced only on sponsors who paid.

The terms in one line

  • $0 to start, no monthly fee
  • 20% of first-year revenue
  • Then 15% if you're month to month from the start, or 10% to 12% on a 24-month agreement
  • 15-day trial, then a one-time, non-refundable $299 administrative set-up fee if you continue
  • Month to month from the start: cancel anytime
  • 24-month agreement and its rollover: 45 days' written notice
  • Commission stops 12 months after the agreement ends
  • Always under a signed agreement

Plain-English summary. The written agreement governs; see the draft terms.

See it on your own event first

Start the trial with a short form. You approve the offer, the list and every message before anything is sent, and you owe no commission unless a sponsor pays you.
