How it works

From a public directory to a paid sponsorship

Four stages. Nothing is sent to anyone until you have approved the offer, the list and the message. You keep the relationships, the data and the payments.

Stage 1 · The report

We generate a report page for your event

From public exhibitor and sponsor directories we count who exhibited last time and isn't on the next list yet, and which companies exhibit at a comparable event but not yours. The result is a private, unlisted page on moreperlead.com (with a PDF copy), showing the counts, a sample of names, an illustrative message, scenario math and the terms. Every figure has a source line and a snapshot date.

You get: the report page link, and in the trial, each batch of names to approve before it's contacted.

Stage 2 · Offer and list

You decide what is offered, and to whom

  1. Set the offer. Packages, prices, any past-exhibitor incentive and the deadline.
  2. Confirm the list. First, give us companies already booked or contacted by your team in the last 90 days; they're never contacted or billed. Then approve names in send batches (each approved batch is contacted within 5 business days) and remove anyone you'd rather not contact. Removed companies are never billed.
  3. Approve the messages. The emails, follow-ups, and the price sheet and FAQ we use to answer routine replies.
  4. Name your contact. The person on your team who takes custom requests and signs the messages.
Stage 3 · Outreach

We run the campaign under your event's name

You choose how your emails are sent, based on what your team is comfortable with:

Option 1 · Standard, from day one

Sent from MorePerLead

We set up and operate a campaign mailbox. Messages carry your event's name and offer, are signed by your staff contact, and end with a footer that identifies the email as a sales offer from your event, gives your organization's legal name and postal address, says "Sent on behalf of Your Event by MorePerLead", and includes an opt-out.

Option 2 · Upgrade bonus

Sent from a subdomain of your domain

Unlocks when you sign up after the 15-day trial. We send from a sending subdomain of your domain that you delegate to us (for example sponsors.yourevent.org), authenticated with SPF, DKIM and DMARC. We don't send from staff mailboxes or hold mailbox passwords. It's arranged with us, not automated or self-serve: you sign a written sending authorization and your domain admin adds the DNS records we provide. Messages identify your event as the sender and still carry your organization's legal name and postal address, the MorePerLead sender notice and an opt-out.

Either way, new sending addresses are warmed up gradually (about two weeks) and sending ramps slowly.

Replies come to the sending mailbox (with option 2, to the reply address set in your authorization). We answer routine questions only from the price sheet and FAQ you approved, and hand anything else (custom packages, negotiations, invoices) to your named contact. Booking, contracts and payment happen with your team, the way they do today.

Not offered yet: online checkout or rebooking links, e-signature, and a client dashboard. We'll say so on this page when any of them are available.

Stage 4 · Attribution and billing

We show what came back, then invoice

A sale counts when the company was on the list you approved, received our outreach, and signed for the campaigned edition within 120 days after our last campaign message to it, and no later than 180 days after our first. Companies you listed as booked or in talks never count. Every approval and send is recorded in a time-stamped Sourced Prospect Register. You get a written weekly summary, and you see the attribution list 7 days before any invoice and can dispute any line. Commission is invoiced on each payment, only after the sponsor has paid you.

What a past exhibitor receives (illustrative)

Your wording, your prices and your deadline. This is the past-exhibitor version, sent only to companies verified in your last edition's directory. Look-alike companies get a different subject ("Your Event 2027 exhibit and sponsorship openings") and opener ("Companies like yours exhibit at peer event…"), never one that says they exhibited with you. Footer shown is option 1; with option 2 the footer is agreed in your written authorization and still identifies the message as a sales offer with an opt-out. Illustrative only.

See it on your own event first

Start the trial with a short form. You approve the offer, the list and every message before anything is sent, and you owe no commission unless a sponsor pays you.
